Emotional communication to approach their users

INCA Rural is a civil association established in November of 1973, that conducts intensive training programmes for agri-producers, rural development coordinators, social organizations, companies, as well as federal, state and local public servants, having vulnerable regions and municipalities as a priority.

They wanted a specialized agency that would help them create a promotion, link building and outreach strategy, so they could reach more users and better communicate with authorities and other organizations.

With a strategy called #Héroesdelaalimentación [Nutrition Heroes] this association is looking for an approach to their users in an emotional way, because, by sharing pictures and stories from agri-producers, there is a sense of closeness and affinity from the audience.

Email marketing campaigns were implemented in order to promote the online training courses, as well as online live streaming of the training sessions through Facebook Live.
