SuperVet is a brand that is part of Melder Industries. They have several branches throughout the metropolitan area of Guadalajara and the headquarters. This store sells food, accessories and medicines for small and large species.
Over time, SuperVet has opened branches in the Guadalajara metropolitan area.
What SuperVet needed
- Despite being part of a company with years of experience in the market, SuperVet was created without a defined corporate identity.
- The branches were not unified and did not identify themselves as part of the same company.
- There was no association between the branches and the products they sold.
- Employees at each branch placed promotions or advertisements without guidelines or color guides.
- The logo was often misused in promotional material, and the colors and palette of combinations were not well defined.

- The corporate identity manual was developed.
- By unifying the branches and using the same color and logo, trust has been generated with customers.
- Zoo Inc. created a guide for the location of the signage in all SuperVet stores.
- Within the identity manual, the correct ways to use the logo for merchandising, sponsorship or events were proposed.
- The pantone of the colors of the logo was placed for occasions that require printing material or developing some type of promotional material.
