SuperVet has several physical branches throughout the city, however, being a company with several years in operation, they have lagged behind in new trends and do not have digital platforms or social networks that generate interaction with their customers.
SuperVet did not have updated social networks, nor did they upload promotions, products or launches, so their only means of dissemination were the physical stores, which meant that new buyers did not arrive or it was much slower.
They had their networks with very little interaction, publications that looked unattractive and their number of followers did not increase.
They had no identity or defined personality on their platforms.
